Some tips and info before the sale.
-
Keep Your Stuff (for now)
Don’t go throwing away anything that might make you a little money. DO throw away old banana peels. DO NOT throw away old Bananarama cassettes!
-
Get An Appraisal
Estate sales can happen at the worst of times. You don’t need more stress. Give us a call and we’ll set up a time to meet and see what next steps you might want to take.
-
Remove Some Stuff
Make sure you keep the things you want to keep. Before an estate sale it’s a good idea to remove the family heirlooms you’ll be passing down. We don’t want to sell the desk your great grandfather made for the Ambassador to France. Unless you want to get rid of it.

Here we go!
Our team has been doing this for a long time. Sit back, relax, and watch the transformation. Your stuff will be polished, shined, staged and marketed to the right people at the right time so you have have the best sale possible.
-
During The Setup...
We prefer the client not be present while we set everything up for the sale. It’s easier for our crew and easier for family members. It can be an emotional time. We recommend you consider planning other things to do on sale days.
-
Sale Day
We usually hold our sales on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Saturday’s sale tends to end at 2pm so we can clean up and finish with everything.
